Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate and arrange the required materials for sample development.
Forward technical files, along with relevant buyer comments (if any), to the CAD team for necessary action.
Ensure proper handover of Buyer Order Details, Tech Pack, BOM Sheet, PO, MLC, SC SMS Requirements, and other relevant documents to the SCM team in accordance with the prescribed checklist.
Prepare, review, and finalize pre-costing in the ERP system and ensure timely handover to the SCM team.
Ensure timely updates in external systems, including ITX, wherever required.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of projected orders into the ERP system.
Ensure sample requisitions are properly initiated and recorded in the ERP system.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of Buyer Orders into the ERP system.
Ensure final pre-costing and budget entries are accurately completed in the ERP system.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
