Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with buyers regarding orders, samples, approvals, and shipment
Follow up on sampling, fabric, trims, and production status
Prepare, monitor, and update T&A plans to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal departments
Ensure product quality, costing accuracy, and buyer requirements
Handle order-related documents (PO, approvals, packing list, shipment follow-up)
