Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and top-notch execution.
∎ • Have strong execution, learning and problem-solving abilities.
∎ • Tough personality, quick thinking, good adaptability and pressure-bearing ability.
∎ • Have keen market insight, strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and positive work attitude.
∎ • Design, plan, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction and interior projects.
∎ • Supervise MEP installations on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
∎ • Conduct load calculations, energy efficiency analysis, and system performance evaluations.
∎ • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
∎ • Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
∎ • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems before project handover.
∎ • Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues that arise during project execution.
∎ • Monitor the quality of MEP work and ensure adherence to project timelines.
∎ • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines. Ensure proper selection and procurement of MEP equipment and materials.
∎ • Any other activities as and when required by the management
