Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science degree (B. Sc.) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related education background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing MEP Design and Construction Design, Checking and review MEP Drawing and Various contractor document
∎ like, RFI, Method of Statement, O&M Manuals, Materials Submittals etc.
∎ Review plans and specifications according to the plan.
∎ Analyze Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
∎ Preparation of Electrical drawing with calculation for Details planning Electrical design including Lighting, Electrical load
∎ & power distribution & layout.
∎ HVAC design including Heat load calculation & layout preparation.
∎ Preparation of HVAC drawing for Details planning
∎ Preparation of Fire Detection & Protection System, PA, ASP & Sounder Circuit for Details planning FDS design.
∎ Prepare detail layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems for all residential and official buildings.
∎ Review contact documents to learn the project scope of work and requirements.
∎ Prepare the RFI and also prepare the day-to-day project dealing and documentation requirements.
∎ Ensuring that completed drawings have been reviewed for competence, accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have working experience in any reputed engineering/consulting company for at least 2 years
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong knowledge on different building codes (IBC,UBC) from various projects.

Salary: Negotiable
