Job Context:
∎ Japan East West Medical College Hospital (JEWMCH) is a 650 bedded hospital joint venture between Ship healthcare holdings Japan and Aichi Medical Group Bangladesh. This hospital is located in Ashuliya, Dhaka . A multidisciplinary Japanese style hospital with Trauma center, Kidney Center , Cardiac center and Expanded Emergency Care Center. This hospital promises to serve high quality and international standard health service to the people of Bangladesh with lots of empathy ,sympathy and care.
∎ Employment Status : Fixed Term
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have ability to supervise & manage all mechanical erection work associated with HVAC system, fire hydrant, Pumps, pipe lines, steam, new machine installation & commissioning work progress monitoring, day to day reporting, design review and instruction.
∎ Should have experience to prepare project profile, plan, layout, BOQ and URS.
∎ Must ensure the quality of receiving material related to work.
∎ Must ensure quality work conducted by him, subordinates and other vendors.
∎ Must have experience of validation work.
∎ Prepare project schedules as per Company's business expansion plan and completion of Project within schedule time.
∎ Monitor project activities for timely execution to meet project deadline.
∎ Prepare budget and staffing for each phase HVAC and Mechanical work of Project.
∎ Ensure calibration/validation activities.
∎ Coordinate information and activities among estimating financial and construction as well as subcontracts, vendors, project superintendent, ensuring proper communication flow, utilizing project meetings, correspondence and documentation as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 6-7 years of relevant working experience is required.
∎ Expert in Auto-CAD .
∎ Expertise in soft drawing and coordination drawing is preferred.
∎ Must be expert on MS Office and Excel.
∎ Good knowledge about Computer operating and Specially MS Excel.
∎ Strong analytical and technical trouble shooting skills, decision-making capabilities with leadership quality and project management skills.
