Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
∎
∎ Overseeing the company's business, operations, financial performance, investments, etc.
∎
∎ Supervising and Maintaining relationships with mid-level and lower-level sales executives for their duties.
∎
∎ Reporting daily sales updates to the operation's director, providing market insights and strategic advice.
∎
∎ Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
∎
∎ Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, stakeholders, and customers.
∎
∎ Ensure company policies and legal guidelines for self and others.
∎
∎ Managing and controlling any situation arising in the store.
∎
∎ Deliver and serve as per customer requirements, and ensure software billing.
∎
∎ Quickly select products and prepare the actual bill.
∎
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by hospital management as and when required.
∎
∎ Giving directions to customers according to prescription to take medicine.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to handle customers smoothly
∎ Hardworking mentality and ability to work under pressure

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 22000 (Monthly)
