Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Master’s in Pharmacy with at least 3 year’s experience in stock management with an emphasis on inventory management.
∎ Strong skill in English and Bangla (Spoken and Written).

Job Context:
∎ RTM International is going to appoint skilled/experienced professionals to provide Sexual and Reproductive Health Services to the Rohingya and host population of Ukhiya & Teknaf upazilas of cox’s Bazar. The required qualification and experiences for the position is given below:
∎ Report to: PC/PM
∎ Location : RTMI Field Office, Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Project Overview:
∎ Emergency health projects targeting Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals (FDMN) and vulnerable host populations in Bangladesh. Development projects aimed at long-term and sustainable behavior change in general & FDMN population and state health employees to improve public health outcomes.
∎ Workplace & Conditions:
∎ The position is based in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take leadership in the supply chain management for medicines and medical supplies, procurement, transport, warehousing, dispatch to partners/projects, loss management, and reporting. On the day-to-day basis, they carry out a variety of functions required to ensure the logistical needs of the program and perform all logistical activities efficiently, accurately, and on time. All activities are carried out in line with RTMI-UNFPA policies and procedures and according to the applicable RTMI-UNFPA guidelines.
∎ Key Activity Areas:
∎ Warehouse Maintenance-
∎ Ensure medicines and medical supplies including cold chain items are properly received, stored, issued and documented.
∎ Supervise the daily entry and issue of medicines from the Stock.
∎ Supervise and Update the Stock Fulfillment Plan and support of contingency requirements.
∎ Ensure consistency of warehouse documentation and reporting.
∎ Drive improvements in stock reporting accuracy for medicines and medical equipment inventories.
∎ Ensure physical inventories are conducted on a monthly basis and communicated to the PM.
∎ Capacity-building staff in accurate reporting and stock management.
∎ Ensure loss reports are drafted and sent to the Sr. Project Manager.
∎ Maintain asset list and submit monthly revisions to the Sr. Project Managers and RTMI Logistics Officer.
∎ Check that deadlines of medicines deliveries to the field/clinics are maintained. Perform Spot checks.
∎ Supervise that the Warehouse is properly set up, cleaning and security conditions are maintained.
∎ Prepare daily & weekly progress report (warehouse activities) regularly & share the report with Sr. Project Manager.
∎ Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory
∎ Ensure to all movement of goods are timely recorded
∎ Carry out all annual inventories & provide other report in his/her area of responsibility.
∎ Ensure update temperature log sheet daily & share with authority in monthly basis.
∎ Act with integrity and professionalism and in accordance with RTM-UNFPA’s Code of Conduct at all times.
∎ Raise demand for fresh stock when the current stock falls to 30% level.
∎ Raise alarm/notice for all expiry date of medicine 6 moth ahead of the dates (for possible redistribution/use by others)
∎ Planning:
∎ Ensure goods following with the program team & submitting the medical procurement plan to the procurement unit & follow up with the program and RTMI to ensure the plan is implemented.
∎ Procurement:
∎ Prepare specification for procurement of medicines and medical supplies.
∎ Documentation:
∎ Ensure that documentation is regularly sent to the final storage location and that necessary documentation is ready to move should an evacuation be needed.
∎ Maintain Waybills and Receipts of goods.
∎ Stock discrepancy and any warehouse security related any report should be report within 24 hours.
∎ Communication:
∎ Maintain a transparent, honest, and supportive communication structure with colleagues to ensure they are kept informed of applicable logistical activities and requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, local authorities, other NGOs, and any other stakeholders, representing RTMI and ensuring good co-operation and partnerships.

∎ Quality & Compliance:
∎ Ensure the compliant with RTMI-UNFPA guidelines, policies, and procedures, and adherent to any applicable donor guidelines.
∎ Be aware of the potential for loss or fraud in logistical activities and procedures. Proactively work to prevent such occurrences by working with relevant line managers to improve transparency and ensure the best use of RTMI assets and resources.
∎ Ensure all relevant staff receive training, advice, and coaching regarding warehouse procedures, internal controls, and the warehousing requirements of donors.

∎ Experience / Competencies:
∎ Work experience in stock management, preferably in the Rohingya Refugee Contest & NGO settings.
∎ Able to work under pressure & complete the task in timely manner.
∎ Competent with administrative tasks. Problem-solving ability. Attention to detail.
∎ Quick learner with a practical, precise approach.
∎ Depending on RTMI activities and needs, your responsibilities may be adapted and evolve according to the specific projects.
