Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
∎ Have sound knowledge about the government rules and regulations.
∎ Must have knowledge in Medical equipment/machinery and office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform a wide range of routine and specialized tests in areas such as haematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology etc.·
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and storage of laboratory equipment, reagents, and related resources.
∎ Maintain laboratory inventory and resource usage.
∎ Maintain accurate records of technical services.
∎ Submit comprehensive service reports to departmental authorities.
∎ Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of equipment.
∎ Perform diagnostic tests accurately and reliably.
∎ Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
∎ Collaborate with medical professionals for effective testing and result interpretation.
∎ Participate in quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.
∎ Stay informed about advancements in medical technology and procedures.
∎ Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab procedures and equipment.
∎ Handle specimen collection, processing, and storage with precision.
∎ Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Respected Authority.
