As a physiotherapist, you will work in our dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential care and treatment to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating all programs related to physiotherapy. Here are some general guidelines.
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and functional needs. Use clinical reasoning and specialized assessment techniques to identify the underlying causes of their conditions.
Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and the patient`s specific goals. Determine appropriate therapeutic interventions, exercise programs, and modalities to address their needs.
Monitoring and Progress Evaluation: Regularly assess and document patients` progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Use outcome measures and objective assessments to track improvements and ensure optimal patient care.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and progress. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality guidelines in handling patient information.
