∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be computer skill especially in MS Word.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Draw blood from patient with correct labeling and troubleshoot any complication regarding sample collection.
∎ Operates and maintains sophisticated instruments and equipment used in the department and able to properly set up, calibrate, maintain, operate and shut down such instruments.
∎ Maintains competence in Laboratory Information System that is crucial to the quality operations of the laboratory and patient care.
∎ Capable to prepare pathological reports in Hospital Information System.
∎ Maintain personal hygiene in the laboratory.
∎ Microscopically examining prepared cellular slides for evidence of abnormality or disease.
∎ Maintain proper storage of sample and test kits and monitor freeze temperature.
∎ Proper disposal of pathological specimen waste material and chemicals.
∎ Any other tasks is assigned by the authority.
∎ Medical Lab technologists will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, treating and preventing disease. These tests have a wide range of areas; Biochemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Histopathology, Microbiology and Blood Transfusion.
