∎ Diploma in Medical Technology
∎ Skills Required: Medical Technologist, Nurse/ Paramedics

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Medical Assistant, Medical Technologist/ Lab Operator
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draw blood sample from the patient as advised by the visiting doctor
∎ Assist Doctors during providing treatment to the patients at their home environment
∎ Promptly visit patients at their home along with visiting Doctor
∎ Candidate with Motor Bike and valid Drivers License will be considered
∎ Pick the visiting Doctor from and to pre-defined pickup point
∎ Maintain good co-ordination with visiting doctor and call center customer care representative
∎ Report to duty doctor
∎ Show out most empathy to the patient during home visit
∎ Strictly maintain confidentiality about patients' illness or disease

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to ride motorcycle with a valid driving license is mandatory
∎ Personal motorcycle owner will be given high preferences with extra benefit
∎ Candidates have to be comfortable using internet and smartphone apps
∎ Good communication skill with patient and their attendant
∎ Ability to work in holidays according to roster
∎ Enthusiastic about serving patients in new ways
∎ Polite behavior patients and their attendants

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
