Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team Building and removing obstacles for growth
∎ Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members
∎ Sales analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
∎ Planning for growth of coming year
∎ Building & maintaining relationship with doctors and healthcare professionals
∎ Ensuring cash and availability of products as per sales and targets
∎ Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
∎ Organizing scientific seminars for doctors and healthcare professionals
∎ Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
∎ Market review of new and existing products and services
∎ Keeping up to date about company products & services
∎ Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
∎ Give report to your supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill.
