Job Context:
∎ Reporting to: General Manager, Labaid Healthcare
∎ Brief outline and Objective: As a Medico Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for supporting all the programs and services of Labaid Healthcare Platform for medical & technical input.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This person will be the mind behind the driver's seat. This person will provide strong clinical knowledge support to the team, provide training support and share their success.
∎ Having a tech-savvy mindset, this person will support the initiative of mass digitalization of medical records into E.M.R. summaries and monitor & maintain the quality of data.
∎ Working in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams, this person will support in development and execution of marketing strategies and sales programs.
∎ Well-versed with the health business ecosystem and ability to think of new business ideas for Wellness, Home Care & Corporate.
∎ Analyze market research data, scan external & internal environment, identify gaps in the product portfolio, draft and present proposal for new product launch, execute launch plan to launch new products to increase market share.
∎ A lighthouse for clinical knowledge to the team. Be a hands-on leader and lead by example.
∎ Timely development and deployment of technical promotional inputs, to provide marketing tools to field forces in order to enable them for effective communication.
∎ Resolution of medical queries by the team and guidance to counsel & communicate with patients/caregivers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in new health technologies & an entrepreneurial mind.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience working in a health organization with business development teams.
∎ Should have demonstrated leadership skills & managed internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Well-versed with M.S. Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
