Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from government-recognized institute/ university with BMDC registration. Having training in casualty department of any public hospital will get priority.

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Senior Medical Officers are senior physicians who manage all aspects related to patient care within their departments. They oversee daily operations, serve as clinical advisors, and investigate any problems that may arise.
∎ Job Location-Road # 104, House # 5, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to junior physicians.
∎ Performing risk management.
∎ Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
∎ Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
∎ Supervising, and monitoring patient’s healthcare and collaborating with consultants.
∎ Managing and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.
∎ Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs.
∎ Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
∎ Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year proven experiences.
∎ Those who have no proven experience please do not apply.
∎ Valid BMDC Registration Number.
∎ Smart, energetic, intelligent candidate will be preferred.
∎ Must good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing.
