∎ MBBS (Bachelor of Surgery and Medicine) as the minimum educational qualification.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Operational Management
∎ Supervise daily diagnostic and vaccination service activities.
∎ Ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of diagnostic tests.
∎ Maintain coordination between different departments to facilitate efficient service.
∎ 2. Quality Control & Compliance
∎ Ensure all diagnostic procedures meet standard operating protocols (SOPs).
∎ 3. Patient & Customer Service
∎ Ensure a patient-friendly environment and address patient concerns.
∎ Oversee proper documentation, reporting, and communication of test results.
∎ Train staff in ethical and professional conduct towards patients.
∎ 4. Data Management & Reporting
∎ Maintain accurate records of tests performed and patient data.
∎ Analyze trends in test results and service efficiency.
∎ Prepare reports for future actions and follow-up tasks.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Medical Officer to oversee and manage clinical trials at multiple hospital sites. You will work directly with hospital staff, investigators, and clinical teams to ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety protocols.
