Job Context:
∎ We are a specialized Breast cancer centre. Each patient is our centre of focus with full attention to care. We diagnose breast cancer as a team approach. Clinical examination, history taking, Ultrasound scan and or Mammogram and then to send the reports to UK team to advise for further management.
∎ We are introducing a ``Mobile Breast Cancer preventie service program`` from this month, where in a mobile microbus- a doctor and paramedic will be equipped with Ultrasound scan machine and this microbus will be on move from 8 am to 7 pm everyday (one weekday closed). First mobile unit will be in Dhaka. Staffs will be collected from our fixed clinic in Lalmatia before 8am and will come back by 8 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mobile Breast Cancer preventive service program.
∎ 8 am to 8 pm (one weekday closed).
∎ Medical officer with an assistant will take history, clinical examination and do a quick Ultrasound scan (training will be provided) and then send the report with history proforma to UK team to review and advise.After receiving review decision, will convey this to patient and arrange either appointment for further assessment or discharge with reassurance.
