Education:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years’ experience in a reputed garments factory may be preferable
∎ Knowledge in handling general obstetrical and gynecological cases.
∎ Knowledge in performing minor surgeries.
∎ Knowledge in Industrial Health.
∎ Reporting and communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure day to day treatment of employees as required.
∎ Organize Training on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
∎ Recommend maternity leave of pregnant workers according to Labour Law.
∎ Provide Age Estimation Certificate to the newly recruited worker after examining physical fitness.
∎ Aware every employee about their health & safety.
∎ Prepare, provide & maintain buyer compliance reports regarding medical issues of the company guidelines.
∎ Provide sickness leave recommendation to the employees after physical checking and verifying document for sick leave.
∎ Suggest to patient about his further necessary treatment.
∎ Ensure proper treatment of emergency patient/accidental patients to the nearest hospital quickly.
