Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluating the history and symptoms of patients.
∎ Performing tests and interpreting the results.
∎ Discussing diagnoses with patients and explaining treatment pediatric surgical conditions.
∎ Perform surgeries on infants, children, and adolescents.
∎ Assist Pediatric Surgery Operation with Pediatric Surgeon.
∎ Provide pre- and post-operative care.
∎ Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans.
∎ Detailed history taking and Physical examination and documentation.
∎ Monitoring the progress of patients through follow-up appointments and adjusting treatment as needed.
∎ Responsible for sending the patient for the appropriate investigation as directed by the primary consultant and also to authorize investigations, which are urgent.
∎ Updating and maintaining patient records.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest medical developments in the field by doing research and attending conferences and talks.
