Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree from any Govt. recognized institution.
∎ Valid medical license from BMDC.
∎ Additional fellowship or training in neonatology is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose, treat, and manage medical conditions in neonates, infants, and children in the NICU and Paediatrics department.
∎ Provide expert medical care to premature infants and critically ill children.
∎ Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
∎ Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation.
∎ Communicate effectively with patients' families, offering support and guidance.
∎ Participate in medical rounds, conferences, and other collaborative activities.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in paediatrics and neonatology.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates are required to possess a minimum of 06 (six months) of professional experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and an additional 06 (six months) of professional experience in the field of pediatrics, preferably gained within established and reputable healthcare institutions.
∎ Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Commitment to staying current with medical knowledge and best practices.
∎ Applicant should be Non - Smoker.
