Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Doctor/ Consultant, Gynae and Obs., Hospital Diagnostics, Ophthalmology, Pathologist

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be familiar with the location and use of the emergency equipment.
∎ Respond immediately to clinical emergencies/lead the resuscitation team
∎ Balancing the duties of a physician with that of an administrator.
∎ Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.
∎ Being responsible for the performance of physicians under your supervision.
∎ Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
∎ Keeping staff updated on new healthcare regulations.
∎ Finding ways to improve clinical services.
∎ Liaising between administration and medical staff.
∎ Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors.
∎ Recruiting and mentoring physicians.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
