Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Graduation in MBBS with BMDC Registration
∎ DMU/CMU is mandatory.
∎ PGT in Gynae & Obs.
∎ Having USG practical & sound knowledge on this will be given preference
∎ Previous Experience (Minimum 1 Year) in a relevant sector will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: NVD, USG
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cesearean secction, CMU, DMU, Gynae and Obs., NVD, OT assist, OT Management, Pgt in gynae and obs, USG
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to junior physicians/Other health staff.
∎ Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
∎ Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
∎ Managing allocated budgets and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.
∎ Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs.
∎ Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
∎ Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff
∎ Ensuring consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices.
∎ Attending Medical Camp when needed.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ OT Assistancy, NVD, C/S charge & USG commission will be given as per SPBK policy which is excluded from basic salary.
