∎ MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)

Job Context:
∎ To meet our expanding business need we are looking for a suitable person who will perform medical care and occupational health-related jobs at the factory.
∎ Work Station: Factory, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper medical care for all employees of the factory.
∎ Refer the serious and critical patients to respective hospitals, if required.
∎ Supervise the works of Medical Technologists / Health workers and First Aid workers.
∎ Arrange and conduct awareness meetings with employees for health-related issues.
∎ Develop injury and incident prevention strategies for factory compounds.
∎ Implement company health and hygiene policy and procedure.
∎ Conduct training and create awareness among the employees on occupational health.
∎ Maintain accident/incident register along with investigation and root causes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates residing near our factory grounds at Gazipur will get preference.
