∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to implement total clinical activities over telephone as per the guideline of the company.
∎ Implementing patient communication and compliance strategies
∎ Service delivery through good relations with patients, respect for the patient's right, good relations with colleagues; and observance of professional ethical obligations.
∎ An adequate assessment of the patient's condition, based on the detailed history and report query.
∎ To provide for appropriate investigations and appropriate treatment and to keep clear, accurate, medical records about the relevant clinical findings
∎ Collecting of complete, reliable data and timely compilation of reports.
∎ Content creation on different health topics, issues and diseases.
∎ Timely updating CRM database after telephonic/video consultation.
∎ Attending monthly and quarterly face to face and online evaluation, CME as guided by the individual company policy.
∎ Timely and accurate recording of data in the patient database
∎ Regular reporting of clinical activities to responsible team leader.
∎ Completing other activities as per company need under the guidance of responsible team lead or manager.
