Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining a Medical Center in the factory.
∎ Providing medical advice to the employees in case of need/their sicknesses.
∎ Refer the severe and critical patients to the nearest hospital if required.
∎ Maintaining a team consisting of Medical Assistants and/or Nurses and monitoring effectively & efficiently.
∎ Developing a Hygienic plan for the factory and ensuring observance of the plan accordingly.
∎ Advise authority on the hygiene- development-related aspects of the unit.
∎ Periodically conduct medical inspections for all the employees of the unit.
∎ Conduct periodic hygienic-related inspections of the following places:
∎ Dining room / Canteen, Drinking Water System / Utilities, Restrooms and waiting room, Toilets, Drainage system, Production floor and other working places.
∎ Maintaining the First Aid and preliminary medical facilities in the Medical center as per the Company policy.
∎ Ensuring Age verification before Recruitment.
∎ Providing Health & safety training as per Monthly schedule.
∎ Conducting training on hygiene, first aid, occupational health, or any epidemic situation like COVID-19.
∎ Preparing monthly sickness Analysis.
∎ Performing any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Full-time (Six days a week) (Duty Hours 9:00 am to 5:00pm)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Medical Officer (Garments)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skills, must be helpful, and with a pleasant personality.
