Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS, Experience in CICU will get preference.
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) MBBS from the recognized Medical College with 1-8 years experience after internee-ship. Applicants must have valid registration from BMDC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring direct supervision to all patients receive cares that are individualized and holistic through the application.
∎ To conduct morning round to assess the condition the patients and follow up on right emergency admission.
∎ To ensure proper nursing documentation in the patients file.
∎ Report daily to the Chief of Nursing Officer to updates on any other changes since last duty using all available resource.
∎ Solves procedural problems and makes decisions concerning Emergency situations.
∎ Responsible for the management of Human Resources for the delivery of patient care.
∎ Guides the unit supervisor in solving complaints concerning patient's relatives and staff using the appropriate communication channels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing.
∎ Qualification and experience will be laid down by BMDC and Directorate of Health. Willing to work in shift. Experience in Similar position in the recognized hospital will get preference. Willing to take responsibility of the section patients. Strong knowledge on his/her area of work. Always positive attitude to the patient. Able to counsel the patient attendant.
∎ Communication in English.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Company Policy.
∎ Medical allowance, Provident fund. Salary Review: Yearly. Festival Bonus: 2. As per Hospital HR policy.
