Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum MBBS from Reputed Local or Foreign Medical universities/ Colleges & registered with BMDC
∎ PGT / DA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide continual medical assessment of the patient during surgery.
∎ Monitor and control the patient's vital life functions, including heart rate and rhythm, breathing, blood pressure, body temperature and body fluid balance.
∎ Evaluate, monitor, and supervise patient care before, during, and after surgery, delivering anesthesia, leading the Anesthesia Care Team, and ensuring optimal patient safety.
∎ Provide Anesthesia as per the demand of the Surgeon required for surgery following the standard protocols
∎ Conduct necessary training for nurses, counselors, and health care workers.
∎ Daily reporting on service coverage and drug dispensing
∎ Conduct thorough physical examination and gather detailed patient history;
∎ Manage complicated cases;
∎ Regular follow-up of admitted patients to review response to treatment;
∎ Review complicated cases with senior doctors.
∎ Take action on recommendations made by senior doctors;
∎ Support clinical research work in the hospital in order to ensure proper clinical management.
∎ Prepare and present reports on cases, incidents, initiatives etc. during team meetings and department meetings in order to share experience(s) and learning with team members.

∎ Age at most 35 years
