Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
∎ Provide emergency medical care and manage acute health issues.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical facility.
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
∎ Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care practices.
∎ Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
∎ Coordinate with other medical staff and healthcare professionals.
∎ Lead case discussions and provide clinical guidance.
∎ Participate in the recruitment and training of medical personnel.
∎ Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
∎ Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive care.
∎ Develop and implement health promotion programs.
