Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience in the factory environment, with preference given to those with experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company. Sound knowledge about SAP, MES, PLC, SCADA, Process Automation etc.
∎ Good communication skill in English (both written and spoken).
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical & communicational skills.
∎ Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees for workplace injuries or illnesses & general health issues.
∎ Conduct regular health checkups for the workplace personnel & update the health cards for all employees.
∎ Collaborate with all respective departments to reduce occupational health risks at workplace & conduct awareness programs on hygiene, communicable diseases, reproductive health, mental health, proper nutrition, and lifestyle improvements etc.
∎ Monitor & manage health risks, such as chemical exposure or ergonomic risks, & stress.
∎ Update and implement health-related guidelines and protocols at the facility in accordance to fulfill the requirements of local & global regulatory authorities.
∎ Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

∎ Job responsibilities:
