∎ MBBS from a reputed University/College;
∎ MPH in Hospital Management will have an advantage;
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operator related Skill is required, Hospital Information system
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospital Administration, Hospital operations, Medical Knowledge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to build and maintain relationship with Consultant Physicians and other caregivers of the hospital;
∎ Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Hospital;
∎ Continuously work with individual department heads to streamline services, develop new services, reduce cost and ensure that the staff members are efficient, proactive and motivated;
∎ Develop Policies, Procedures and Clinical & Quality protocols in collaboration with consultants;
∎ Build an empathetic hospital culture through leadership and by setting examples;
∎ Ensure NABH/JCI accreditation of the Hospital;
∎ Ensure adaptation of updated technologies among caregivers;
∎ Hands-on, proactive intervention to quickly resolve any complaints, disputes, or grievances from both patients and staffers amicably;
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ 15+ years post MBBS experience in Administration with reputed Hospitals;
∎ [Retired Brig. Gen. / Colonel from Armed Forces Medical Core are encouraged to apply];
∎ Excellent Communication, Leadership and Negotiation skills;
