Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ We are searching a highly competent and dedicated Medical Director to lead the efficient operation of our internationally based healthcare facility. Working in collaboration with administrators and nursing supervisors, your primary focus will be on achieving the highest standard of patient care.
∎ As the Director of our healthcare clinic, your responsibilities will encompass ensuring compliance with laws and regulations within the facility, monitoring the budgets of all medical staff and the clinic, and finding strategies to enhance communication between doctors` offices, hospitals, and patients to streamline processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish Medical Protocols: Develop and implement standardized medical protocols and procedures to ensure exceptional patient care across all departments.
∎ Understand Internal Processes: Familiarize yourself with the internal processes of all departments to coordinate and optimize the facility's functioning.
∎ Monitor Medical Quality: Oversee and coordinate the facility's activities to maintain and improve medical quality while complying with regulatory standards.
∎ Implement Regulations: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations within the facility.
∎ Ensure High-Quality Patient Care: Work closely with the medical team and other partners to guarantee patients receive optimal care and a positive experience.
∎ Improve Communication: Facilitate effective communication between doctors' offices, hospitals, and patients to enhance coordination and patient outcomes.
∎ Budgeting and KPI Monitoring: Develop and monitor budgets for medical staff and the clinic. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment of new physicians and other medical and non-medical staff. Assist with training and continuing education programs.
∎ Stay Up-to-Date on Medical Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of medical trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the facility remains current and progressive.
∎ Other Duties: Fulfill any other related duties as assigned by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven Work Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Medical Director or in a similar role is essential for effective leadership and management.
∎ Hospital Administration: Strong background and experience in hospital administration, including knowledge of operational processes and regulations.
∎ Financial Budgeting: Proficiency in creating and monitoring financial budgets for medical operations and the facility.
∎ Promotional Activities (Bonus): Experience in promotional activities for hospitals or healthcare facilities is a plus and can contribute to the facility's success.
