∎ 4 Years Honors or Masters Degree in any discipline (Science up to HSC Level)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Medical Representative/ Promotion Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Primarily responsible for achieving product-wise and value-wise sales targets in the assigned territory by generating market demand through promoting products to doctors and chemists.
∎ Continuous develop of Business and company’s image in the assigned territory through implementing sales and marketing strategies in the field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the doctors, detail company’s nutrition products like Similac, Pediasure, Ensure, Ensure Diabetics Care through implementing company’s product promotion strategies.
∎ Understand the competitor’s strategies and identify competitor’s prescribers.
∎ Book orders from retail outlet and forward it to the Distributor's Depot.
∎ Assist the Area Business Manager in selecting the doctors for high value inputs and gently persuade the doctors to ensure adequate input-output ratio.
∎ Follow the procedures like daily call reporting, monthly reporting, adhering to the tour programs, updating doctor Contact cards.
∎ Organize CME/RTC as per allocation for territory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Pharmaceuticals industry will get preference.
∎ Good proficiency in verbal and written communication (Both Bangla & English).
∎ Good interpersonal skill and ability
∎ Very good proficiency in MS Office Package.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ All other facilities and benefits will be as per company policy.
