∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet, greet, and attend to patients at Bangladesh Medical Services (BMS) at Bangkok Hospital Headquarters (BHQ).
∎ Assist in patient registration and getting to departments
∎ Set appointments as needed for patients and give necessary relevant info
∎ Coordinate & assist Bangladeshi Inpatients daily
∎ Coordinate with BHO at all times
∎ Arrange and Coordinate Telemedicine
∎ Follow up with daily appointment list of Bangladeshi patients to assist patients throughout BHQ
∎ Assist potential Inpatients
∎ Arrange medicine delivery and tele radiology as needed
∎ Attend hotline as needed
∎ Assist in Air Ambulance cases as needed
∎ Answer Facebook queries as needed
∎ Actively Up sale Cross-sell BHQ products
∎ Promote BHQ/BHO/LH actively
∎ Be willing to assist patients at all times in any way necessary
∎ Be motivated + aligned to achieve individual & overall organizational targets
∎ Be teamwork-oriented in finishing all tasks
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent in English, Bangla, Chattogram dialect
∎ Experience in patient service preferred
∎ Interest to devote and building a career with Bangkok Hospital, Thailand
∎ Good teamwork, communication skills, and networking ability
∎ Adaptability and strong attention to detail
∎ Good organization and planning skills
∎ Smart, energetic, well-groomed & well presented with public speaking skills in Bangla & English
∎ Effective PC user and efficient in email, MS Office, and web search
∎ Experience in using Facebook and other social media preferred
