∎ Assist with daily personal care (mobility, hygiene, dressing, grooming)

∎ Accompany to medical appointments and assist with basic follow-up care
∎ Perform household duties related to elder care (laundry, room maintenance, etc.)
∎ Communicate clearly in both Bengali and English with the elder and family members
∎ Observe and report any health changes or concerns
