∎ Diploma Course in MA/Paramedic from Govt. approved Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Through the integrated mHealth app system, he/she will provide the following services along with the help of Doctor Centre-
∎ a. Registration: To conduct both household & beneficiary registration through mHealth app.
∎ b. Common diseases: To take care of the following common diseases through mHealth application like loose stool, fever, itching, symptoms of diabetes identification, oral ulcer, symptoms of helminthiasis identification, chicken pox, UTI, danger signs in young infant, respiratory tract infection of adults and children etc.
∎ c. Pain management: To manage common types of pain like musculoskeletal pain, headache, Tonsillitis, abdominal pain, chest pain, and basic eye and ear issues.
∎ d. Examination: To perform general examination like measurement of blood pressure for identification of hypertension, examining for identification of anemia and jaundice, per abdominal examination during ANC & PNC, per vaginal (P/V) examination for gynecological purposes and other local systemic examination.
∎ e. Gynaecological: To address disease conditions like cervical carcinoma (screening & follow-up), breast problems, genital prolapse identification, and genital infection identification.
∎ f. Emergency care: To provide care and management in emergency cases like drowning, trauma, burn, bite, foreign body in eye, acute poisoning and sudden loss of consciousness.
∎ g. Preventive care: Through the courtyard sessions, counselling on family planning, neonatal care, ante & postnatal care, immunization, follow-up of previous patients and revisit of patients, she ensures preventive care.
∎ h. Prescription: To generate prescription on certain diseases through mHealth App. with the supervision from mHealth Doctor Centre.
∎ i. Medicines & Commodities: To provide some OTC (Over the Counter) medicines and some other commodities, where needs along with the help of mHealth app. These are: -Some Antibiotics, Pain killers, Antihistamines, Anthelminthics, Antiulcerants, Antiasthmatics, Antifungals, ORS, Iodized salt packets, Antiseptic solutions, Contraceptives (Pill, Injections, Implants & Condom), Vaccines (EPI, Hepatitis-B, Tetanus Ig), Supplements (Vitamins, Iron, Folic acid, Calcium, Zinc), Delivery Kit, Pregnancy Testing Strip, and some I/V fluids.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01 year of experience in providing health care.
∎ Previous experience in working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
∎ He/She should be living in the Upazila level.
∎ Acceptable to the people, who will listen and go to him/her.
∎ The capability of inter personal communication and willing to door-to-door visit in the community.
∎ He/ She should be respectable to the community.
