Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Summery:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to the Head of the Department, Cardiology or any other Sr. Consultant/Consultant/Specialist as assigned by the HoD. He/She will help physicians to collect patient's medical information through interviewing patients, recording medical history to update treatment procedures, medication refills, test results, patient concerns, etc. He/She will help the patients during performing the treatment or maintain the heart failure clinic and ensure services properly.
∎ Essential Functions:
∎ Collect patient's medical information to update record and provide necessary treatment.
∎ Assisting Doctors to treat patients.
∎ Counseling & support patients by providing information & service.
∎ Keeping official records.
∎ Provide emergency services as and where needed.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Supervisor/controlling physician as well as other doctors/seniors.
∎ He/She will keep on contact with the patient's by mobile phone and patient's also have to access for any emergency or advice if needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 (Two) years' experience in relevant field
∎ Must be skilled in computer operation to enter disease related data.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
