Job Context:
∎ Looking for a person who has to be handled a patient to ensure the highest standards of care within the Nursing
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan-2)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer the patient's query and give the right information.
∎ Establish and maintain patient records.
∎ Communicate with diverse patients regarding disease prevention, health maintenance, community resources, and physician instructions.
∎ Assist with patient procedures and in-office surgical procedures.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle nursing service inquiries.
∎ Attending clients need, concerns, complaints & make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules & regulation.
∎ Need to get involved with dynamic customer support unit & deal with customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Should have good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multilevel stakeholders. Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.
