Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 year Medical Assistant Diploma Course.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Child (Neonatal, ARI, CDD etc.), and all types of limited curative care services for working days in a week.
∎ Ensure advice and counseling of client/patient as per service guidelines and client rights.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with the senior management of the clinic and project.
∎ Support to increase Family planning and EPI activities with proper monitoring, supervision and coordination with static and field paramedics.
∎ Help clinic staff and coordination with FS.
∎ Ensure quality service through Quality Assurance Guidelines.
∎ Participate in training programs arranged by Project or relevant authorities.
∎ Maintain HMIS Record-Keeping Process. Monitor the record keeping system as per instructions.
∎ Perform any other tasks, responsibilities, and assignments as and when necessary or determined by the project authority/supervisor.
∎ Provide project enlisted Reproductive (Antenatal, post-natal, adolescent, RTI/STI etc.).
Additional Requirements:
∎ One (1) year experience in the Health Care/Project/Programme.
∎ Sound knowledge on Maternal, Neonatal & Child Health Care.
∎ Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
