• Age 25 to 30 years

• Diploma in Medical Faculty (DMF) from a recognized Medical Assistant Training School (MATS).

• Must have completed the required internship.

• Valid professional registration (BMDC), where applicable, must be verified.

• Candidates with relevant experience in occupational health, first aid, and factory medical services will be preferred.

• Provide basic medical assistance and first aid to workers and employees.

• Provide primary healthcare support and assess employees` health complaints.

• Maintain medical records, patient registers, medicine stock, and medical equipment.

• Assist the factory doctor or medical officer during medical consultations.

• Monitor workplace health issues and support occupational health and safety activities.

• Handle minor injuries and ensure timely referral of serious cases to appropriate healthcare facilities.

• Support health awareness programs, vaccination activities, and medical campaigns.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper management of the factory medical room.

• Prepare daily, monthly, and other required medical reports.

• Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of employees` medical information.
