Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create detailed drawings, specifications, and schematics for mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and automated systems.
∎ Oversee the installation and commissioning of new systems and equipment, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
∎ Diagnose and repair equipment failures, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
∎ Manage projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety regulations and energy efficiency standards.
∎ Identify and implement solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
∎ Prepare reports on engineering activities and maintain updated records of plant equipment and system documentation.
∎ A Mechanical/Electrical Engineer designs, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots both mechanical and electrical systems. This includes designing and developing equipment, troubleshooting breakdowns, and ensuring systems are safe and efficient.
