Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or Trade Course Completed in Refrigerator and Air Conditioner manufacturing (for an experienced candidate, educational qualification can be relaxed.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for operational performance and improvement of key metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
∎ Oversee the daily start-up of production area. Ensure line is properly staffed and manage staffing throughout the day; monitor expected and unexpected absenteeism. Review daily plan with Team Leaders.
∎ Ensure the mechanical process of all machinery of refrigeration factory is in regular operation.
∎ Ensure production line boards are completed in a timely manner. Utilize production line boards to collect information on area performance, issue identification and problem resolution. Ensure information is passed on to the following shift and management.
∎ Support team on system improvements and troubleshooting
∎ Maintain a good technical knowledge of operations; follow the escalation process to address and respond to abnormalities and recommend corrective action as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 10 years’ direct work experience in Refrigerator and Air Conditioner Manufacturing;
∎ Possess a goal-oriented approach, with the desire and capability to track of plan;
∎ Creative, strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently;
∎ Demonstrated experience working with people at all levels of the organization to achieve operational results and positive union relations.
∎ High level of initiative, energy and motivation to develop & grow in a team environment
∎ Organizational skills, initiative, and ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
∎ Solid technical aptitude & experience.
∎ Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound problem-solving & follow-through ability.
∎ Ability to facilitate team projects.
∎ Position supports 24/7 manufacturing facilities. Occasional off shift, on call and weekend work may be required.
