Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling complete maintenance and repairing work of all the machines of the warehouses Should have vast knowledge on cooling system for cold storage (both ammonia & Freon), blast freezer & reefer vehicles, insulation of the same, comprehensive cold storage operations & maintenance, pneumatic machineries, diesel generator, industrial electrical sub-station Should have experience in utility schedule, breakdown maintenance, programmable logic controlled machineries (PLC) and installation and erection job Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and equipment upgrading and modification Repairing and troubleshooting equipment to ensure minimum breakdown time Train and guide the technicians in using proper troubleshooting methodology and develop effective maintenance standard Resolve day-to-day operation related mechanical problems Prepare & submit weekly/monthly maintenance report to the Head of Operations with recommendation (if any) Ability to ensure equipment related safety requirements and adherence to it.
∎ Execute cost saving and energy saving techniques and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in operations & maintenance expenditures Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in supervisory and management position leading a full technical department & team for 2+ years Hands on knowledge to work with Cooling System Experience in supervising automobile/Electro Mechanical maintenance will be an added advantage

Salary: Negotiable
