∎ Must be practical knowledge of Wpc/Upvc production process.
∎ Must have the ability to manage workers and monitor production.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experience operating dryers, hammers, crushers and pulverize machines in wood plants or feed mills.
∎ Monitor and maintain various parts and equipment of the wood plant or feed mill.
∎ Must have the mindset to supervise the work of all subordinate helpers and manage them.
∎ Ensuring targets are meet according to production plans
∎ Monitoring the use of raw materials, waste control and maintaining quality standards.
∎ Maintain coordination with the store, supply and marketing teams.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.

We are looking for some energetic person who has willingness to build career in Production Department in the Door & Board industry.
