∎ Location: All over bangladesh (Chattogram, Cumilla, Narayanganj)

∎ Requirements: Working six days in week.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist PE project management to carry out construction supervision of pipeline including installation of SVS and testing & commissioning of pipeline.
∎ Monitor Contractors efforts to verily that construction materials meet the requirements of PE.
∎ Ensure that field work for which he is responsible is performed consistent with the design specification and standards for good workmanship.
∎ Appraise the quality and performance of Contractors field inspection personnel.
∎ Ascertain that safe construction practices and methods are properly planned and implemented, and that all construction works are in strictly accordance with environmental requirements.
∎ Hydrocarbon pipeline as Construction Engineer.
∎ Familiarity with oil & gas pipeline project.
∎ Supervise Contractor's Welding Procedure Test and Weld Qualification Test inside dispatch Terminal at Main Installation, Chattogram, Receipt Terminal at Chandpur depot of three oil marketing companies, Fattullah depot of Meghna Petroleum Limited &Jamuna Oil Company, Intermediate Pigging Station at Cumilla, 05 nos. SV Stations at Chattogram, Feni, Hajiganj, Daudkandi, Munshigang.
∎ Check X-ray/Radiography films during the above tests.
∎ Review Contractors welding procedures and specification.
∎ Ensure that field welding work is performed consistent with the design specification and standards for good workmanship
∎ Review welding inspection records as appropriate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 years or more professional experience in relevant job responsibilities.
∎ Testing including at least 7 years working experience in minimum 2 similar large projects of each at least 200 KM long liquid / Gaseous.
∎ Must be Fluent in both oral and written English.
∎ Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
∎ Excellent networking, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems
