∎ Age at least 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Closely monitor all the equipment installed at various well sites.
∎ Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
∎ Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance so that they can contribute for presentation.
∎ Apart from routine day to day maintenance to all plant assets and maintains records/history sheets of all the equipment and analyze.
∎ To ensure that all machines are in good condition in the lines.
∎ Check and clean all the machines at the time of departure.
∎ Carry out maintenance job planning.
∎ To ensure that all machines have required machine oils.
∎ To repair machines in the shortest possible time, in case of any break down of machines during production.
∎ Coach and monitor team members to comply safety regulations.
∎ Direct and/or perform maintenance & repairs on equipment.
∎ Assist and train to mechanical employees.
∎ Evaluate, monitor, and coach personnel supervised.
∎ Manage the workforce assigned daily.
∎ Monitor all activities regularly.
