Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Power Engineering
∎ B.Sc.in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to mechanical operation of the machines at optimum speed.
∎ Monitor machine maintenance schedule and execute accordingly.
∎ Maintain effective working relationship and work in cooperation with the management team.
∎ Take action in case of production related/machine related problems in the factory and solve accordingly.
∎ Maintain minimum stock level of spare parts and prepare costing for spare parts consumption.
∎ Approve spare parts requisition to draw from the store for maintenance purpose.
∎ Perform periodic evaluations of subordinates and recommends and impalement discipline as required.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance in workplace
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in related field from any Textiles and All Over Printing based industry.
∎ Pro-active, quick learner, can-do attitude and result oriented
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
∎ Job Location:
∎ Nayapara, Kashimpur, Gazipur.
