Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide after sales support 24/7 on call basis to anywhere of Bangladesh.
∎ Attend in client's response quickly and solve the problem.
∎ Follow up and inspection service team's activity to ensure quality service.
∎ Keep record every lift's problem/product's defect to develop product quality.
∎ Participate in sales meeting with sales brother to ensure proper technical explanation.
∎ Take shaft's measurement for final quotation.
∎ Make survey on area basis for potential clients.
∎ Visit every lift/customer at least once in a month.
∎ Hunting & participate in modernization work of other's brand lift to provide best service.
∎ Maintain good relation with every customer through physical visit/phone call/any greetings.
∎ Promote sales activity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years in lift installation/maintenance.
∎ Willing to travel anytime with short notice.
∎ Must have motor bike driving license & good driving skill.
∎ Having mentality to work on call 24/7.
∎ Having experience in sales will be preferable.
∎ Good computer & communication skill.
∎ Ability to work alone to troubleshoot any technical problem.
∎ Modernization skill to change one control system to another.
∎ Basic component level knowledge of any circuit.
∎ Well known with different control system.
∎ Must have team work mentality.
∎ Must be intelligent and have critical problem-solving skill.

Salary: Negotiable
