∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Mechanical Design, Production/ Operation Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production devlopment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lift production, co-ordination and management.
∎ To look after manufacturing of structural items fabrication.
∎ To design & development of products / items.
∎ To oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
∎ To optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
∎ To prepare assembles reports & conduct risk assessments.
∎ To analyze tracks metrics to discover the areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
∎ To maximize productivity by improving cycle time with lower fault percentage and cost.
∎ To provides instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
∎ To instruct and monitor the execution of the production schedule as well as performing material changes as dictated by experts.
∎ To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to ensure conformity and quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well knowledge in production guidelines and parameters.
∎ Knowledge in Design Software (AutoCad, SolidWorks, Ansys, MatLab) will get preference.
∎ Knowledge on various types of manufacturing process.
∎ Team Coordination and management.
∎ Good report making ability and expertise in ERP/SAP, Microsoft Office especially in Excel

Salary: Negotiable
