Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities and lead the team to deliver effectively.
∎ Schedule both internal and external works by maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned down time.
∎ Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.
∎ Strategic delegation of maintenance issues to teammates for effective and efficient problem solving.
∎ Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.
∎ Perform to root cause analysis and resolve problems accordingly.
∎ Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the Department.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of Staffs and Visitors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on Computer.
∎ Motivate the team to operational success.
∎ Ability to elicit team performance.
∎ Ability to work under stress.
