∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garment Factory, Sweater
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment.
∎ To plan routine maintenance of equipment and machineries.
∎ To follow the maintenance of all machines like Jacquard Machines, Linking, Auto Linking, Bartek, Sewing, Overclock, Flatlock, Dust Detector, Metal Detector etc.
∎ To be responsible for washing and dryer machine, Chiller and FCU system installations & maintenance.
∎ To oversee Boiler Operation, Window AC, Air Compressor and troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ To monitor Fire protection & detection system, installation and maintenance.
∎ To be responsible for Iron line set up and checking its smooth operation & function.
∎ To ensure all welding work inspections.
∎ To analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise repairs of equipment.
∎ To provide technical expertise to maintain people e.g. Technicians, Welder, Fitters etc.
∎ To oversee and control maintenance cost.
∎ To schedule and arrange project material and relevant manpower.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
