Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all functions under supervision and control by the foreign expert.
∎ To estimate & prepare the requisitions and submit them to the store for collecting the material.
∎ To set manpower shift-wise as per the production plan.
∎ To prepare & ensure the proper routine and preventive maintenance of the machinery in production processes.
∎ To ensure proper storage of materials & goods in the selected places.
∎ To achieve production targets according to the production plan.
∎ To keep records of all maintenance works to be performed.
∎ To take necessary measures to minimize the incidents of breaking down of machines due to Mechanical faults.
∎ To assign and control the responsibilities of subordinates.
∎ To do any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well, communication skills both in Bengali & English Language.
∎ Should possess team management skills.
∎ Should be results-oriented, time-bound & able to work in pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
